In NBA 2K27, The Crew is 3v3 co-op. Crew HQ is the home base: your crew identity, your three, and the games you run together. It is not Rec randoms and it is not a Pro-Am five. If you searched “Crew HQ players,” you want people who will hop on that mode on purpose.
Most crews stall on one seat. A ball handler who can create. A lock who will not ball-watch. A big who can rebound and finish without needing the rock. Post the seat in Crew recruiting the same way captains post a Pro-Am lock opening — just tag the mode as Crew / Crew HQ.
Discord is still where you talk. Profiles here stay up: platform, region, availability, mic, and Crew as a preferred mode. Captains search Crew HQ players. Free agents use Find a NBA 2K27 crew.
